• New Quick Load 2 The disc spinners are now built within the lid system and contain a floating spring mechanism that automatically maintains pressure from disc to disc. This new design eliminates the need to tune the machine differently for PS 1 or other disc types that would normally require an adjustment. This means you can repair ALL disc types in one MACHINE without tuning! This also allows you to repair the same discs multiple times without machine adjustments. This is by far the easiest load / unload system available for desktop disc repair machines. New in Version 2 (Quick load 2) is a completely updated sliding mechanism that is virtually maintainence free, one set screw access, machined with precision 6061 Aircraft grade aluminum and clear hard coated, these are industrial strength components.

How It Works
The machine repairs the 2 discs simultaneously in one simple step. A
liquid microabrasive formula (PoliCool™) is continuously recirculated
onto a single polishing head which provides both the scratch removal
and final polishing action while keeping the discs cool. The PoliCool™ is
returned to its cartridge at the end of the cycle, leaving the discs dry
and ready for a quick wipe to be put back in their cases.

I was the biggest skeptic when someone would mention getting a machine that would "take out scratches" but I finally decided to give it a try, so I went to a store that I knew had an Azura machine and gave it a shot. It worked so well and I was so shocked that I came back to the store and ordered the Dual Disc II machine -right then! I just wanted to tell you how much all of us at Parr Library love our new Azuradisc cleaning/mending machine! It is so much easier to use than our previous machine, the Eco Smart II from RTI. Here are some of the reasons why we like it better:
• Only one polishing pad to deal with! No more changing out 4-5 pads in the repairing process.
• One small container of Policool needed instead of having to buy distilled water and mix it with cleaning solution.
• Not having to deal with waste water!
• It’s a lot quieter.
• We’re processing 20 discs per hour instead of the 7 discs per hour on the old machine.
The cleaning process with Azuradisc has been so easy to learn. You led me through the set up of the machine and cleaning the first few discs over the phone. This is the BEST machine I've ever owned. Here is my story. I own a video game and DVD store. In my business the condition of your discs is everything. Now I buy discs I've had to turn away because of condition, Not anymore! The Azuradisc machine I purchased is the Dual Disc II version & have repaired over 1,000 disc in the last week. I have tested the limitation of the machine also. I took my keys and scratched my name into a disc, and put it in for 90 seconds and it took the name out. I could not belive it so I did it again, and the same result but in 60 seconds this time. I am so impressed with this machine. It has made me over $1,000 in the last week. I suggest to anyone that deals with used discs call Jason Mat & get this machine, it is a lifesaver!

The Dual Disc II machine works like a dream. Time savings compared to our old machine is amazing. Fixing discs is fun and fast with wonderful results! 60 discs were cleaned on the new machine in about 2 hours, when our old machine would have taken 6-7 hours. Discs are returned to perfect condition with no signs of disc resurfacing left behind on there playable surfaces. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with this new product.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with the Dual Disc II machine. To put their claims to the test, I took a DVD and put a screwdriver to it. The disc was covered with scratches, some pretty deep, as you can imagine a screwdriver would make. I checked to make sure it would not play and then I selected a 120 second repair using the dual disc machine. After the repair, the disc played perfectly! The previous machine I purchased from another company only polished the disc - it did not do a true repair. The Dual Disc II machine actually repairs damaged discs in impressive fashion, and with the ability to repair two discs at a time at such an economical cost, it is truly in a class of its own.
