Great Job on the disc!
My kids nearly killed each other, when the Black Ops Games got a Laser scratch on it from them ,standing the XBOX on it's side( I highly don't recommend to do that).

But thanks to your great work on repairing it, they can finally live in peace amongs themselves.

Thank you so much for your excellent service; it's everything you promised it would be & more! I am very happy with the six CDs I just got back. One of my PS2 discs I had taken to be resurfaced at a Mom & Pop video gaming store. Though they smoothed out the surface scratches, it ended up looking hundred times worse than when I had brought it in.

When you state on your website that you polish your CDs to a "like new" finish, you weren't joking! I was also very happy to see how well you packaged the discs; cushioned & secured so that they wouldn't move while in transit.

I will be sending all of my scratched CDs your way in the future. :)

I just got back 6 Wi games that I sent to be repaired. I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK!!!
These games totalled about $250. They have been sitting in their boxes for months because they were too scratched to be played. I ran across your website and thought it was worth a shot. For about $20, they are fixed. NOT A SCRATCH IN SIGHT!!!

I will definitely tell everybody who has kids that don't exactly take care of their games about Azuradisc!!

You sent me an email stating that the disc was un repairable. So, today when I got it in the mail I opened it sadly, but to my surprise the disc looks at least 99% better. I can only find the scratch marks because I know they are there. If one did not know it was scratched they would never know the difference. The cd plays great too.

I had very little hope when I sent the disc off to azuradisc that it could look that good. I had deeply gouged it and was very sad. Luckily I found an obscure ad for you guy's while looking for home remidies to repair scratches myself.

I will definitely use this service in the future. If you could fix the damage I had done to this cd I am sure the wonders you could do on an ordinarily scuffed cd or dvd. Again thank you very much,

Dear Sirs,

I've just received the 4 discs that you repaired for me(in my first ever order from you) , and I am DELIGHTED with the result. Though I take good care of my thousands of CD's & DVD's, sometimes it is unavoidable when buying multi-disc sets, that you'll get discs that are already in poor condition when you buy them new. Record companies sometimes design stylish-looking packages that damage the discs. I had bought one imported 3-CD set packaged in round metal can, and after the first copy that I bought was badly scratched, I sent it back to the dealer, waited 18 months, then bought the set again from a different dealer. Again bad luck: 2 of the 3 discs were in terrible condition, so obviously buying the set again wasn't going to result in getting discs in good condition. Though you had cautioned that there was some unrepairable damage on those 2 discs, in fact, you made them 98% blemish-free; better than I had dreamed possible........more than good enough for perfect playback. In another purchase, I had bought an expensive imported 11-disc SACD + DVD set, and two of the discs were packaged in snug-fitting pockets, which invariably damages the discs, so two of the discs were scratched. My own attempt to polish them looked ugly, though the discs were playable. This bugged the "collector" in me. You polished them to look 100% perfect, the way they should have been from the start, and you spared me from having to spend $120 to buy the box set again, which may not have actually resulted in my getting perfect condition copies of those two discs. These days, when I encounter discs in badly designed (often cardboard) packaging, I immediately remove the discs and store them in CD slim cases, CD jewel cases or plastic-lined CD envelopes. In the future, when I encounter one or two bad discs in a large box set (discs damaged by the record company's poorly designed packaging materials), I won't attempt to polish them myself. I'll send them to you.

I sent 10 discs to Azuradisc as an experiment to see if your claims of effective resurfacing of DVD/CD discs were fundamentally true... and they were! I was thrilled with the outcome and have sent another 25 discs to you for repair. The repaired discs look almost as good as new. I have a 2.5 year boy who is obsessed with DVDs and his dvd player. He scratches new discs almost as soon as he gets them and so I needed some cost effective way to repair them. I was skeptical of claims by some other manufacturers of inexpensive disc repair devices and found consumer reports regarding their results mixed so I thought I'd give your "higher end" service a try and couldn't be more pleased.
