Start button has built-in automatic 20 second timer
Faster disc repair by automatically controlling the cycle time.
B.
On/Off Switch
Illuminated positive action rocker-style switch indicates when machine is on.
C.
Safety Lid
Built-in shut off switch stops repair process if lid is raised.
D.
Low-Friction Rotation
The polishing pad and the disc rotate in opposite directions, which creates a
lower level of friction compared to the Model 1600. Perfect for light to medium
scratch removal and dry-type machines to minimize heat.

How It Works
Uses a Dry Process and Low-Friction
The Model 747 is a dry process disc repair machine, meaning it does not use a liquid (like water) to cool or lubricate. Instead it uses a specially formulated polishing compound in combination with Low Friction Rotation to quickly remove fingerprints to light abrasions from any disc.
In the Low Friction Rotation process the polishing pad and the disc rotate in opposite directions (counter-clockwise and clockwise), which creates a lower level of friction compared to the Model 1600. This process is very safe, and perfect for dry-type machines to minimize the heat produced during repairs. Low Friction Rotation is capable of removing light to medium scratches quickly and efficiently.
What It Uses
The Model 747 use two different polishing heads (Stage 1 and Stage 2) and polishing compound to clean discs and repair scratches. The process does not require water.
The Formula 1 Polishing Compound is specifically formulated for Azuradisc to maximize the repair process and provide a beautiful, shiny, 'like-new' surface to the disc.
The Stage 1 head is for final polishing of a disc.
The Stage 2 head is for general polishing and repair of a disc.
