About Dual Disc II --- In January, 2009 Azuradisc introduced a break through new Disc Repair machine called the "Dual Disc II" that greatly reduces labor and simplifies the disc repair process when compared to previous Azuradisc Models 500, 747, 1000, 1500 & 1600 & Dual Disc 1 Machines. Not only is this machine more advanced than all previous Azuradisc Machines, it is proving to be the winning choice when compared to ANY other Disc Repair Technology that uses either a fixed abrasive or buffing method due to the long list of benefits the Policool 3.0 (liquid Abrasive Method) offers. It is easier, less expensive on a cost per disc basis, the polishing pads come free with every policool purchase, the smart chip feature eliminates all the guesswork of micro-abrasive (Fixed abrasives) so the operator no longer has to guess when to change out abrasive pads. The list of benefits of Policool 3.0 are far longer than the benefits of any other repairing method.
The Dual Disc II also builds on the success of the Dual Disc 1, effectively doubling the speed from 120 discs per hour to 240 discs per hour. In addition to doubling the speed, the depth of scratch removal was significantly improved with Policool 3.0, completely eliminating the need for the extreme kit when repairing those very deep gouged discs. The new Policool 3.0 formula tremendously shortens the time required to repair Blu-Ray discs. Couple together the Dual Disc II machine with the 3.0 and no machine compares to these specs, in or out of its class.
The Dual Disc II is capable of repairing 240 discs per hour with a new AUTOMATED repair Process, this eliminates the need to change any pads or abrasive heads, and also eliminates water and polish. This new machine uses a smart cartridge, the solution is recycled and returned at the end of cycle.
About the Advantage Machine--- The Advantage is now the 5th Generation of Fully Automated machines that we produced that auto load, repair and unload discs since 2002. Each year we have improved the machine in quality, reliability and speed of throughput. The 2009 model, has over 100 improvements over the One Touch Professional platform as an example. In fact since we introduced the Advantage, each year we have made further improvements and updates. In short the machine keeps getting stronger faster and easier to use. If you own a One Touch 50, this technology is like riding a horse in the day in age where motorcycles exist. It will get you there, but will take much longer. If you are One Touch Professional Owner, the biggest leap you would notice when comparing machines is the speed and reliability have been greatly improved over our first generation OT-Pro Models. We have created this trade in program for everyone who has invested in Disc Repair Technology, wants to upgrade to the latest equipment, but cannot afford to buy new alone or simply wants to reduce their buying price via trade in. We can trade in a working or even a non-working machine. We have already taken in machines for trade in that have ran 100's of thousands of discs and even though the machine has paid for itself many times over, there is still value in the machine. The Advantage machine currently utilizes the most advanced micro abrasives (fixed abrasives) therefore the cost per disc is higher when compared to the Policool 3.0, however we are working on a Policool conversion kit for the Advantage. So if you need auto-loading today, our trade programs will protect your investment, and you will be able to take "Advantage" of the best Fixed abrasive system available today, and trade it in, or have your Advantage upgraded to run the Policool 3.0 as early as next year.
What do we do with the trades? We evaluate each machine one by one, if it is an upgradeable Azuradisc machine we refurbish it and offer a warranted piece of equipment as an alternative to new. If the machine is outdated we break it down and recycle the components.
About the Trade Offer Although we have always have had a standard trade in mechanism that allows you to trade in your machine for a newer model, the trade in value was traditionally based on the age of machine, it's condition along with other wear & tear criteria often making it difficult to know what your machine is worth. In addition to this challenge, we found that many customers did not want to risk losing a machine they are familiar with to try out a newer version machine they know so little about. Therefore we have designed a NEW TRADE PROGRAM to address all of these concerns.
Benefits of New Trade Program
1. Guaranteed Trade Value- receive a fixed value for your trade in upfront. This eliminates the evaluation period of shipping in your machine, us evaluating it giving a price to you and then getting the ok from you to go forward with the trade. In the new program we simply give you our maximum available credit value upfront, allowing you to make a better informed decision.

4. No Down Time for Working Machines- Keep operating your existing machine until you receive your new one.
5. Side by Side Comparison - Not sure you want to give up your machine just yet? We want you to be happy with your choice to upgrade as well. Therefore we are allowing a 30 day window to send in your machine for the credit or cash back offer after your purchase of the new Dual Disc machine II or Advantage Machine. Simply pay the full amount for the new machine plus shipping & handling, once you receive your new unit, run each machine side by side, and choose whether to send in your machine for trade. If your old machine is not post
marked within 30 days of the receipt of your new machine, then the trade in offer expires. If you decide you want to keep both machines, then simply keep both machines. If you are not happy with the new machine, send it in (postmarked within the 30 days receipt of your new machine) for a full refund.
6. Credit For Supplies*- Receive up to $500 Azuradisc Credit for unused Azuradisc supplies. Not only can you trade in your old machine, if you have new / unused supplies you recently purchased (up to 90 days old and $500 total value) you can trade them in for Azuradisc credit to buy more supplies or apply to any separate machine or other Azuradisc purchase. You can only return NEW Unopened product purchased directly from Azuradisc. Product older than 90 days cannot be returned for credit. Non-Azuradisc supplies will not be accepted for credit. You cannot apply Credit given for supplies against the same machine trade.
7. No Trade up Limits- This new program allows you to trade up from one class to another. As an example, you
can trade your Model 747 machine all the way up to an Advantage. Or you could trade from 747 to the Dual
Disc II, then a few months later, decide you are ready to trade up to the Advantage.
8. No Volume Trade Restrictions: Do you have multiple machines you want to trade in? No problem, there are no limits to this trade other than the 1:1 ratio. That means if you have 3 machines, you can trade these towards 3 new machines. However you cannot trade your 3 old machines toward one single new machine. Example: If you own (3) 1600 models, and want to trade them all towards 3 Dual Disc II machines, you may do so and your total trade value would equal $2100* Azuradisc Credit or $1800 cash back for the 3 Dual Disc machines purchased. *Price used as an example only, Ask a sales associate for actual current machine value
9. Azuradisc Credit or Cash Back Choose from Cash Back or Azuradisc Credit which can be used for any other
product including money off a separate machine purchase!
Example: You can trade your Model 1600 Towards a Dual Disc II, or even trade your Dual Disc (original) towards the new
Dual Disc II. In fact if you want to then move up to fully automated loading and unloading, and need to jump into the

Trade Program Rules
• Terms: All sales are subject to Azuradisc Terms & Conditions of sale posted at www.azuradisc.com/policies.cfm
• Payment: Must be paid in full in U.S. dollars plus shipping & handling, required prior to shipment of any New Machine.
• Comparison Period: You can waive the 30 day Comparison trial period and pay only the difference of your trade in plus
shipping & handling by first shipping in your trade in machine. We will then ship the machine out after receiving your
trade in and only charge you the discounted trade in rate plus shipping.
•Processing: A trade in credit or cash back will be processed at the time of receipt of your traded in machine. Only
whole machines will be given credit, major missing components such as lids, motors, etc... may have their replacement
values deducted from the final amount. Non-Working machines will be accepted and credited the full amount as long as
there are no missing components. If you paid by credit card, and chose the cash back offer, we will by default credit that
same card back unless otherwise instructed. Payouts will not be processed until we receive your old machine.
Processing of each credit payout could take up to 30 business days to process.
•Warranties: All New Azuradisc Machines carry a Factory 1 Year / 100,000 Disc Limited Warranty. Remaining warranty
values from any traded in machine does not carry over to the new machine and cannot be transferred to any other
machine. This includes extended warranties (they are not transferrable to the new machine). You may extend your
warranty period by purchasing a warranty extension for the new machine.
• Shipping & Handling: Offer does not include shipping & handling charges.
•Availability: Offer is available to U.S. Customers only. Hawaii & Alaska ARE included in this offer.
• Net 30 Accounts: Azuradisc will apply the credit to the oldest outstanding invoices first, any remaining amount will be
issued in account credit. Only If all accounts are paid in full, will the cash back option be available.
• One to One Ratio: Limit one Trade in Transaction per machine towards one new machine. However you may trade as
many machines towards the equal number of new machines as long is the ratio is 1 to 1.

reserves the right to change the details, scope and pricing at its sole discretion. Any value change in policy will not affect
